Shipping & Delivery Policy
This page outlines common practices for trade terms, shipping methods, lead times and delivery agreements. Actual terms are subject to the confirmed PI/contract.
1. Scope of Application
- Applicable to auto accessories wholesale, OEM/ODM customization, cross-border e-commerce stocking and other foreign trade scenarios
- Customs policies and carrier rules vary by country/region; actual execution follows destination requirements and carrier terms
2. Incoterms
- EXW: Ex Works, buyer arranges main transport and export/import procedures
- FCA: Free Carrier, goods delivered to carrier at named location
- FOB: Free On Board, for sea/inland waterway transport; buyer covers main freight and insurance
- CFR/CIF: Cost and Freight / Cost, Insurance and Freight
- DAP: Delivered at Place (excluding import duties and clearance)
- DDP: Delivered Duty Paid (including import taxes, with clear responsibility boundaries)
Note: Responsibility boundaries and cost structure should be confirmed before ordering
3. Shipping Methods
- International Express: DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT etc., suitable for samples and time-sensitive orders
- Air Freight: For small to medium volumes with relatively fast delivery
- Sea Freight: For bulk orders and cost priority, via FCL or LCL
- Rail/Road Transport: Arranged based on destination routes and carrier availability
