DescriptionThe Newsmy V5 Pioneer is a portable jump starter with tire inflator that lives in your trunk and handles two roadside problems without asking for help. It feels solid in your hand at 206 x 110 x 54mm, about the size of a thick paperback, and the ABS housing has enough texture that it won't slide around on a sloped driveway. You clip it to a dead battery, and the zero voltage instant start means you don't have to wait for the battery to show any sign of life first. The same unit inflates tires, so you're not digging through the trunk for a second tool when you're already late. Inside is a 12000mAh polymer lithium battery built to take the inrush current of engine ignition. Peak current is 1000A, which is enough for 12V 4.0L gas and 2.5L diesel engines. The pump fills a car tire in about 60 seconds and a bike tire in about 30 seconds. Set your target PSI and the preset pressure auto stop shuts the pump off when it gets there, so you can stand up and check the other tires. A smart chip runs eight safeguards, including short circuit, overcharge, and over temperature protection. Three lighting modes cover high beam, SOS, and strobe. It works from minus 40C to 85C. Two models are available, the V5 Pioneer and V5 Deluxe, so check which one matches the features you need before ordering.
