Shipping & Delivery Policy
This page outlines general practices for shipping terms, methods, timelines, lead times and agreements for export orders. Final terms are subject to confirmed PI or contract.
1. Scope of Application
- Applies to automotive wholesale, OEM/ODM customization, cross-border e-commerce stocking and other export scenarios
- Customs policies and carrier rules vary by country/region; actual execution subject to local requirements
2. Incoterms
- EXW: Ex Works; buyer arranges main transport and export/import clearance
- FCA: Free Carrier; delivery to carrier at named location
- FOB: Free On Board; for sea/inland waterway; buyer covers main freight and insurance
- CFR/CIF: Cost and Freight / Cost, Insurance, Freight
- DAP: Delivered at Place; excluding import duties and clearance
- DDP: Delivered Duty Paid; including import duties (responsibilities subject to contract)

3. Shipping Methods
- International Courier: DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT, ideal for samples and urgent orders
- Air Freight: Medium-small batches with faster transit
- Sea Freight: Large volumes, cost-effective; FCL or LCL
- Rail/Road Transport: Arranged based on destination routes
